PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson on the 20th day of April, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. at the temporary Village Hall, 204 Hudson Terrace, Piermont, New York 10968 to consider the application submitted by Michael Sciarrillo for site plan and soil & erosion control plan approval for the construction of a single family residence.
The subject premises are situated on the west side of River Road, known as 283 River Road, designated on the Tax Map as Section 75.22 Block 1 Lot 1, in an R-22 Zoning District.
Copies of the aforesaid application are available for public review at the temporary office of the Village Clerk/Treasurer, Village of Grand View-On-Hudson, 20-4 Hudson Terrace, Piermont, New York 10968 during regular business hours Mondays through Fridays, exclusive of holidays.
