Legal Notice Village Board Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson on the 20th day of December, 2021 at 7:30 P.M. via ZOOM to consider the adoption of a proposed local law opting out of the licensure and establishment of a retail dispensary license and/or on-site consumption license that authorizes the retail sale of adult use cannabis to cannabis consumers within the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson for the reason that the Zoning Law of the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson prohibits commercial uses within the Village.The propose local law is subject to permissive referendum.
Copies of the aforesaid proposed local law are available for public review at the office of the Village Clerk/Treasurer, Village of Grand View-On-Hudson, 151 River Road, Grand View-On-Hudson, New York 10960 between the hours of 9 A.M. and 4 P.M. Mondays through Fridays, exclusive of holidays.
